You Don't Know what You Don't Know!

Sounds pretty simple right? Well, when you're exploring this whole attraction marketing thing, it's not as straightforward as it seems. My experience was finding bits and pieces of the solution here and there. That made it more confusing. When I first started, what I didn't know was....well, I didn't know! How confusing is that. Look, this whole process of marketing on the internet is pretty straigtforward. In fact, you can see it simplified here in a video by Perry Belcher:

Is that great or what? Get it? I love how simple he makes it!

In it's simplest form, you want to attract people to you by forming relationships through all of the various articles, blogs, and social marketing websites. Through these, you direct people back to your blog where "YOU" are marketed and branded along with your mentors. On your blog you have info about you, your favorite books, your blog articles, your opportunities and your learning tools. Once your web of content becomes extensive enough, you'll gradually be driving traffic to yourself, via your content and your blog...more....and more....and more.

Once you understand the big picture, you just need to learn the tools to fill in the gaps of how to get your content out there. One of the best programs I can recommend is the Renegade University by Mike Klingler. He goes step by step, click by click to show you how to use each one of the online tools and programs to build your content on the net.

There are a number of very useful programs that got me up and running showing me the where and how of this industry. Great tools from wonderful people who are very giving of themselves. Once you start digging in you'll find that there are some very unselfish people in this industry who've spent countless hours helping us learn the ropes so we don't have to reinvent the wheel. Yes, it gives them their day in the spotlight which allows them to build their businesses, but because of them, we're the next generation to be in the spotlight....if you choose to be!
